All prices listed are ex GST and are subject to GST

Terms of Payment

The above prices are valid for 30 days. Full payment is required before dispatch on all orders. 14 day accounts will be given upon request. We accepts, MasterCard, Visa and American Express (additional 3% surcharge). All cheques been sent should be made out to Over the Top Promotions. All invoices over 60 days, a 3% interest charge will be added for each additional month the debt remains outstanding. Any company on account that delays payment by 30 days after goods have been invoiced will default back to pre-payment.

Cancellation of order

Any order cancelled after production has commenced will be charged out at 100% of the invoice amount. If cancellation of order is made prior to the artwork been signed off, a surcharge will be charged out of $50.00.

Returned Goods

In the event of receiving faulty goods, a written claim must be submitted within 14 days from date of invoice, after this period, no refund can be made. All goods must be returned for inspection before the claim can be made. All faulty goods will be replaced at the cost of the Over the Top Promotions Pty Ltd.

Indented Items

A 50% deposit is required on all orders that are been ordered from overseas, the final 50% is required before dispatch.



We ask that you review the range you are looking at and choose carefully with samples requests as they will be at your cost.
We can supply a max of 2 samples at the flat rate of $20.00 + GST including delivery. Each additional sample is charged at $15.00 + GST per item. A refund for samples is credited once any order over $1000.00 value + GST is placed. Payment will be requested and required for all samples before samples are arrange.

New Clients:

Upon placing an order we are more than happy to provide a sample free of charge. If samples are required before placing an order to check the quality or attributes of a product we can supply them at the rate of $50.00 for administration and postage costs. We are happy to credit this back once an order is placed and the sample is returned in original condition.

Existing Clients:

All samples are supplied in good faith, and are expected to be returned regardless of the order been placed. We can provide samples free of charge up to the value of $50.00+ GST but ask that you return with 14 day. If a sample is returned damaged or not returned within 30 days, the cost of the sample and freight will be charged to the client.

Pre-Production Samples

A charge of $75 is charged for all pre-production samples.


All prices quoted are excluding freight, for a freight charge please contact the sales department. We will not be held responsible for lost of damaged goods in transit.


Usual delivery is between 3- 4 weeks from date of order. If the goods are for a function, please place the deadline date on the order, to make sure you receive the goods in the timeframe requested.


An artwork proof will be supplied to the client via email or fax, this must be signed off for the order to proceed. It is the client’s responsibility to check the artwork proof and sign this off, we will not take any responsibility if this has been approved and is incorrect.

Due to variables involved in the printing processes, inaccuracies caused by inconsistent viewing conditions, colour perception any many other variables, matching PMS colour, supplied samples or full colour proofs is not guaranteed and a reasonable variation between these and the completed job is to be expected. When a variation of this kind occurs, it will be considered acceptable performance.

Please supply all artwork in EPS, Illustrator or .JPG. If the artwork supplied is insufficient an artwork fee of $50 an hour may need to be charged, however this charge will not be done unless it has been authorised by the client.
